Theme Installation Service and Custom Web Development Services:
If you purchase our Theme Installation Service or custom web development services, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 Hours: You are entitled to an 80% refund with no questions asked if you request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • After 24 Hours: If you request a refund after 24 hours but within 48 hours of your purchase, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • After 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued for requests made after 48 hours of purchase.

If you’ve acquired a digital product from ThemeForest, please refer to the following refund guidelines:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Not as Described or Malfunctioning Theme: If the theme does not function as described or significantly deviates from what was advertised, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Security Vulnerabilities: If the theme contains a security vulnerability that cannot be easily rectified, you qualify for a refund.
  • Unfulfilled Support Promise: If you were assured support but did not receive it as per our policy and possess a valid support entitlement, you qualify for a refund.
  • Unused Themes: If you haven’t downloaded your purchase within three months (or a longer duration for personal use), you may be eligible for a refund.

Not Eligible for Refund:
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after downloading the theme.
  • Dissatisfaction with the theme’s quality or meeting your expectations.
  • Accidental purchase.
  • Insufficient expertise to utilize the theme effectively.
