2. Theme Installation and Essential Plugin Services

All services related to theme installation and essential plugin installation are non-refundable. We recommend that customers consult with our support team if they have questions regarding compatibility or functionality before purchasing these services.

3. Web Development Services

3.1 Refund Eligibility

For our web development services, we understand that circumstances may change, and therefore we offer a partial refund under specific conditions:
