Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 28, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any tools or content we make available here (together, the “Site”), operated by Keystone Themes. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Notices and other policies

Our Privacy Policy and GDPR information describe how we handle personal data. They are incorporated by reference where applicable.

Marketplace purchases

Our WordPress themes and related products are sold through third-party marketplaces (such as ThemeForest / Envato). Your purchase, licence, support, refunds, and product delivery are governed exclusively by the marketplace’s terms, licence, and policies—not these Terms. This Site is informational and supportive; it does not replace the marketplace checkout or licence agreement.

Licence to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates law or infringes others’ rights;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ data, or restricted areas;
  • Scrape, harvest, or overload the Site with automated requests except as allowed by robots.txt or our written permission;
  • Remove or obscure legal notices, branding, or attributions.

Content and accuracy

Changelogs, documentation snippets, and other materials on the Site are provided for convenience. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. Releases and compatibility notes may be updated without notice to this page.

Third-party links

The Site may link to ThemeForest, Envato, documentation hosts, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Themes and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty euros (€50), if you paid nothing to us for that service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone Themes from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Keystone Themes, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
